From the moment you step in, it's all about fun, indulgence, and Instagram-worthy moments. The menu is as extravagant as the atmosphere, with larger-than-life milkshakes, colorful cocktails, and savory options that don't disappoint. I tried the Rainbow Sliders and they were not only visually stunning but deliciously juicy. And the famous Goblet Drinks--a must-try--come bubbling and smoking, adding an extra level of fun to your meal. The quesadillas are a must try as well, so yummy! The Lobster sliders were chefs kiss! My coconut margarita was perfect balance alcohol and sweet coconut cream. Also the staff was awesome and included us in their house ceviche that's only made for staff and we were impressed! Whether you're there with friends, family, or for a special celebration, Sugar Factory delivers an enjoyable experience with great food and fantastic service! A perfect spot for anyone with a sweet tooth or a love for unique dining experiences.

Our sever was amazing and super knowledgeable and fun but the manger Peter was super helpful! We cannot wait to see the new renovations after they are done!

We are back in Florida for the weekend, so we went back to the Sugar Factory. It's been about 2 months since our last visit and everything has improved by leaps and bounds! Renovations have not started yet, so it was nice to see the gorgeous bar once again before it gets replaced. lol The food was perfection, as always, and my husband and I each enjoyed a goblet. Service was superb and our waiter was wonderful. We are very happy to see how this place is growing as a new business. One suggestion though...about the Grilled Cheese Deluxe - one of our favorites for late night dinners. We normally go to the Sugar Factory at Foxwoods because it's in our home state of Connecticut. When they serve the Grilled Cheese Deluxe, it comes with a very small serving of the tomato bisque as a dipping sauce at no extra charge - not too much bigger than the serving of ketchup given for the fries. Since I didn't get the bisque dipping sauce the last time we visited the Delray location, I asked about it before I ordered this time. Apparently, the only way to get it is to pay an extra fee and get a bowl of the bisque. I paid it, because it is worth it. However, I was unable to finish my dinner because it was so much food. Our suggestion...be like Foxwoods. Offer a small side of the bisque as a dipping sauce at no extra charge. It takes the Grilled Cheese Deluxe to a whole new level. If I was going to share this plate with someone, as my husband and I have done in the past, paying the extra for the bowl of soup makes sense. When it's one customer eating that plate on their own, the bowl of soup is too much food.
